Song 2: Fifty-Five Plus Two Sit yourself beside me here, let’s watch my favourite show. I can’t believe how long it’s been Since it left the studio. Count the years right now with me One, two, three, and forty woo! We need few more that’s not enough. Try fifty-five plus two. In fact if you go way back To when it first did hail November 1963 The pilot crew set sail. The ship set ground in ‘64 September twenty and six Till April Seventeen it ran Fifty-nine plus six. Now I know that some of you will say The films are just as good And yes, they have their charms I guess They did the best they could. A sailor and professor man The skipper brave and true Faced solitude and storms each week Delighting me and you. Thank you Mary-Ann, so dear And Ginger, you as well Thurston and his Lovey Howl I think you’re all so swell. So join me now to recognize This truly epic show Ninety plus eight episodes Since it left the Studio Count the years right now with me One, two, three, and fourty woo! We need few more that’s not enough. Try fifty-five plus two.

Song 3: Robert Jupiter We were just some kids, lost in an orchard of cherry trees. When an overgrown iron gate, invited us in. This was no ordinary, forgotten slice of time, It’s where Captain Daniel Servos, and his kin recline. A towering spire of stone, caught my youthful eye, 15 feet of weathered stone, reaching for the sky. Beneath the watchful shade, of a massive maple tree, I found more than shadows; I found some history. [Bridge] Robert Jupiter's name, was hidden not by vines, but by the lost tales of glory, from the front lines. At the battle of Queenston Heights, he fought & he roamed. Fighting for the land, his freedom, and his home. The Servos who were once in charge, became his family. Witness to a world, changing righteously. 1781, saw them struggle to survive, but together they built a life, and with family he thrived. In 1793, Lord Simcoe ended slavery. Robert Jupiter and his people, could stand with the free. When 1812's cannons roared, Robert stood tall once more, Defending Canada's shores, a loyalist to the core. [Bridge] The weather did erase his name, but his legacy remains, Not on an old gravestone, but in the bonds that do sustain. Here lies Robert Jupiter, not a spirit that haunts the trees, He’s the hero of the story, that now belongs to me. His grave, in the Servos plot, under the maple’s shade. reminds me that our heros are not born, they are made. So here I stand, where once I played,in the shadow of history, In the Servos family plot, in this hidden orchard glade. We’re not longer kids, lost in an orchard. Peering thought an iron gate, that beckons us in. To no ordinary forgotten slice of time, Tis where Captain Daniel Servos, and Robert Jupiter reside.

Song 11: How to Party Hard Maybe I was lucky Maybe I was marred But I learned from my Dad how to party hard. On a hot summer day in 1989 We had bonfire bash in the backyard There were boats at the dock and kids in the pool We had a rock n roll show with plenty of fuel There was a huge corn pot with a hundred cobs Grant was at his amp cranking the knobs. The party starts at three but not for you lot You’ll have chips for lunch and tequila shots There’s enough booze here for at least three days We got a fully stocked bar and some purple haze We’re gonna blaze in ways that you’ll understand When the fire burns hot we’ll get out of hand. [Chorus] Grandma Jan laying flat in the rich summer sun (We’ll) Have to drag her home before the day is done Right over there is Neil Young’s brother He’s dating Randy’s sister that mutherfucker The basement bands will play a rock’n roll show Famous Coffee gonna rock with the Sun Fish whoa! Maybe I was lucky Maybe I was marred But I learned from my Dad how to party hard. Maybe I was lucky Maybe I was marred But I learned from my Dad how to party hard. Fire, fire, fire, fire [chant] You can sleep when you’re dead the old man said. So pound her back boys, we’re gonna drink a hogshead. Let’s revel all night, getting wild with everyone Until the moon comes up with the morning sun And when you wake in the morning like the walking dead. There’ll be so many more parties at the homestead Maybe I was lucky Maybe I was marred But I learned from my Dad how to party hard. Maybe I was lucky Maybe I was marred But I learned from my Dad how to party hard.

Song 18: Nine Mile Portage The year is 1813, and the air is thick with the smoke of cannon fire as the War of 1812 rages along the boarders of this fledgling nation we call Canada, from the rocky coasts of Nova Scotia to the vast wilderness of Ontario. Our forces are locked in a desperate struggle, with the fate of nations hanging in the balance. In these turbulent times, the Great Lakes have became a critical battleground, where the fate of nations is contested between billowing sails and amidst the roar of cannons. Right here in the heart of the conflict, American forces have laid claim to Lake Erie and the strategic outpost of Detroit, casting a shadow of uncertainty over the vital fort on Mackinac Island. The echoes of gunfire ripple across Lake Huron, where British supply ships brave enemy fire to keep the lifelines open. But there's hope, folks, in the form of an ancient trail known as the Nine Mile Portage, carved by centuries of travel through the wilderness by First Nations peoples. This critical artery now links the military supply port, located on the shores of Kempenfelt Bay in the place we call Barrie, through the dense Ontario wilderness to the vital outpost of Fort Willow. Our brave lads and the allied First Nations use this route to ferry supplies, messages, and reinforcements, defying American control of the Great Lakes. Our reporters on the ground tell of wagons loaded with military goods, making their perilous journey from York, up Yonge Street, all the way to Barrie. The air is tense as these vital convoys set out, their cargo essential for the defense of our territories and the support of our forces to the west. It is 1813 and Barrie is just a small settlement of shacks and log warehouses, standing strong as a beacon of resistance, feeding the battlefronts to the north and west. Take the Nine Mile Portage men, carry weapons and equipment to Willow Depot. Be brave as you soldier along the rugged trails of Willow Creek, ride the flowing waters of the Notawasaga River, and out across the waves of Georgian Bay. Your perseverance is a testament to your ingenuity and determination. Listeners, the story of the Nine Mile Portage and Barrie's role in this titanic struggle is one of unsung heroism. In the shadow of adversity, this strategic corridor stands as a lifeline, ensuring that the thunder of British and First Nations resistance continues to echo across Lake Huron and beyond. More updates to come from the front lines, as we continue to bring you the latest on this decisive chapter in our history. The spirit of freedom marches on, through the dense forests of Ontario and along the vital arteries that will decide the fate of Upper Canada.

Song 19: Just Down Steel Street Walk down the street, down Steel with me To the black house with the cemetery You’ll see the rows of the rotting leaves And a corn stalk fence guards the sanctuary. Who’s buried there under the hydro light See the two grey stones with the lithophytes No names rest there, none to be read It’s anyone’s guess who lies there dead. Just down Steel Street x4 On a full moon night you see the skeleton hands Reaching through soil of the black lands The haunted Steel Street cemetery plot Is where I live, believe it or not. Just down Steel Street x4

Song 20: Maybe the Last One [B, C#, D] You never know if this will be your last time. We never know if it will be the last. What if it ends here and there is no more? What if this is your moment to step through the door. [B, C#, E, A] But I say – hey hey! Kick off your shoes. Just stay a while with me, we’ll drink away your blues. I say, hey hey! Come on let’s have fun. Maybe this is it, it just might be the last one.
